Co-Founder

James Sills is a U.S. Army veteran turned real estate entrepreneur with a decade-long background in problem-solving and systems thinking from his career in IT. As the founder of Sills Solutions, James brings a mission-first mindset to commercial real estate — driven by discipline, grit, and a commitment to delivering strong returns for investors.

After years of serving others in both the military and corporate world, James realized it was time to serve a new mission: building generational wealth for his family and partners by investing in high-cash-flow commercial properties. With a focus on hotels, shopping centers, and value-add real estate, James leads deal sourcing, operations, and strategic vision for the firm.

What sets James apart is his ability to see opportunity where others see risk — identifying hidden value in underperforming assets and crafting bold but calculated plans to reposition them. Whether he’s walking a property, negotiating seller financing, or breaking down spreadsheets, James is laser-focused on creating win-wins for both sellers and investors.

With over 26 years of hospitality experience, she’s mastered the art of making people feel at home—whether it’s behind the front desk, leading teams through major transitions, or crafting guest experiences that turn first-timers into loyal regulars. Her career began at a vocational high school focused on hotel and restaurant management, and from day one, she knew this was more than just a job—it was a calling.

She’s worked across nearly every corner of the industry, earning a reputation for running smooth operations and creating warm, welcoming environments. But her passion for service doesn’t stop at hotel walls. For the last four years, she’s been deeply involved in programs focused on housing the homeless—bringing the same level of compassion, organization, and leadership to those in crisis as she has to guests on vacation.

Now, as she steps into a leadership role within our family’s real estate and hotel investment company, she brings with her a seasoned, service-first mindset. She’s not just here to manage guests—she’s here to elevate the standard of hospitality. Her vision blends community care with commercial excellence, and she’s already shaping the way we design, operate, and grow our portfolio of properties.
